repairs

Got both of the tires and tubes replaced so far. I also removed the kickstand and attempted to change the brake-pads. Unfortunately the brake-pads I got are too large, and will keep the brakes activated permanently. I know there are a few things I need to do to get it road-worthy yet, but, I did take it for a test ride today. I still need to replace the brake-pads. I also need to change the tension cables for the derailleurs and brakes.

On Tuesday afternoon, I got the phone call that my cables had come in to Woods Fun Center, and that I could pick them up at any time. Now I had ordered these cables, and was waiting for them, so I made plans to pick them up on my way home from work. I found out about a happy hour later that night for Morgan's birthday, which I am sorry to say I had to miss. We will make it up at some point, she is a cool cat. Anyway, when I got home I started ripping the bike apart to put the new cables on the bike.
