Work harder
Sometimes I look at my CPU Usage chart, just to see if I need to be working harder...
Today I am re-encoding video, testing a streaming application, and manipulating code concurrently. I feel good about my output at the moment.

Somewhat related... I've been trying this out http://www.rescuetime.com/
The main thing it's helped me realize is that I don't work enough so it's a bit depressing. Then again, when I'm highly productive it's a nice reward to see all the bars and charts going up up up.
