Pre Op Out, Surgery

My mom is through the Pre Op, and is now in surgery. Pre Op was an hour long process, but she is ready to go, at least thats what the board in the waiting room and the anesthesiologist are saying.

I am sitting in the waiting room with my immediate family, my mother's sisters, and my girlfriend and sister in law. There is nothing that we can really do at this point other than sit and wait, the surgeons have told us that it should be a 4-8 hour procedure. Unfortunately I haven't been able to see the real-time 3d models of my mother's brain. I know the doctors have access to that, because thats what they were doing at the crack of dawn today. I have seen the MRI's they took a week and a half or two weeks ago. They are interesting to look at, and make me wish I still had all the old scans of my broken arms and such.
