I am a soccer player again

So I rejoined Team Gangreen and we had our first game tonight. While it looks good, I didn't really score any goals. Instead, I proved to a couple people that I played with a year ago, and a couple I had never met, that I have really let myself go. The game ended about 3 hours ago, and my legs are still burning, though I am mostly fine otherwise. While I was playing my kidney seemed to be burning, and I couldn't will my legs to run towards the end. But I am determined to get better, and at the same time lose the little amount of flab that I have been sucking in to buckle my belt. Ok, off to read. I am reading a book on integration of PHP/MySQL with Flash, which I am not sure if I really need to be reading it, but it is at least a refresher on my PHP code, and I have learned a couple of things I think. The goal is to shortly develop two more sites for work that will be database driven, and at least one of them will be flash based so that it can take advantage of streaming video. The other one I am not sure if I will do in Flash or just XHTML, but we will see. Or more specifically I will decide when I get the chance to build it, and hopefully it will be utilized well by the people at work.
